Pastor Dave and Carolyn Jones
SENIOR PASTORS
Pastor Dave has been in Pastoral ministry for over 30 years in different churches throughout Yorkshire. He has also ministered in several countries throughout the world. He is presently serving as the Senior Pastor in the church overseeing its various ministries and activities. Ordained as a minister with Assemblies of God in 2003, he holds an Honours Degree from Sheffield Hallam University and an M.A. in Theology from Chester University. Recently Pastor Dave completed a qualification from the Israeli Institute of Biblical Studies in understanding Biblical Hebrew. Carolyn is the church administrator and children's director.
Pastor Dave and Carolyn have been married for over 30 years, they have four children; Joseph, Libby, Jemima and Isaac, and three grandchildren.
Pastor John Morgan
SPIRITUAL PARENT
Pastor John has been the spiritual father of Bethel church for the past 50 years. Originally from South Wales he arrived after his theological training where he oversaw the growth of the church through to its relocation at the present building on Royston Lane. Pastor John has travelled extensively, preaching in many parts of the world. He is well known throughout the UK and has held several high-profile positions within the national Pentecostal movement. Being the former regional leader for Yorkshire, he also provides leadership to many other churches throughout the county. Although ‘officially’ retired he continues to minister in the church and abroad.
Pastor John’s late wife Ann is now with the Lord, they were married for fifty-five years. John is the father of Stephen and Carolyn, and grandfather of four.
Pastor Joseph and Ruth Jones
ASSOCIATE PASTORS
Joseph is the Associate Pastor; he currently works for the church full time and manages the Church’s media. He has a bachelor’s degree in biblical theology. Joseph is currently studying Biblical Hebrew under the Israeli Institute of Biblical Studies. Joseph and His wife Ruth both actively serve the church in various ways. They coordinate the church youth outreach; The school’s ministry, Elevation, Elevation+ and the Young Adults. Both Joseph and Ruth have been on various Church mission trips ministering in multiple countries around the world. Joseph is the son of Pastor Dave and Grandson of Pastor John.
They have three children, Zoë, Micah and Aliza.
